Personal Data Protection Notice & Privacy Policy

This Notice is issued by Lim Wei Liang (REN 69435), a registered Real Estate Negotiator with IQI Realty Sdn Bhd (1113417-U) [E (1) 1584], who operates this independent marketing website for Levia Residence. This website is not the official website of the developer, Matrix Concepts (Cheras) Sdn Bhd (1230052-H).

1. What data is collected

• Data you give me: salutation, full name, phone number, email address, the unit layout you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field or send by WhatsApp.
• Data collected automatically: standard technical and usage data via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics — such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type. This is used in aggregate to measure how the website performs.

2. Why it is collected

• To respond to your enquiry and answer questions about Levia Residence.
• To send you the e-brochure, floor plans, current price list and availability.
• To arrange a sales gallery or show unit appointment.
• To follow up with you by WhatsApp, phone or email about this project.
• To register your interest with the developer where required for a booking to proceed.
• To keep records required under the Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Act 1981 and my agency's compliance requirements.

3. Legal basis and whether it is obligatory

Personal data is processed on the basis of the consent you give when you submit an enquiry. Providing your data is voluntary. However, without at least your name and contact number I will not be able to respond to your enquiry.

4. Who your data may be disclosed to

• IQI Realty Sdn Bhd, my licensed agency, for compliance and transaction record purposes.
• Matrix Concepts (Cheras) Sdn Bhd and its appointed sales gallery team, where necessary to register your interest, arrange a viewing, or process a booking.
• Service providers supporting this website (web hosting and Google measurement services), strictly to the extent needed for those services.
• Regulators, courts or authorities, where disclosure is required by Malaysian law.

Your personal data is not sold, rented or traded to any third party.

5. Transfers outside Malaysia

Some service providers used by this website (for example Google) may process technical data on servers located outside Malaysia. Where that happens, the data is handled under those providers' own data protection commitments.

6. How long it is kept

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet legal, tax and professional record-keeping obligations — generally up to seven years from the date of last contact — after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Security

Reasonable practical steps are taken to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as identity card numbers, bank details or payment card numbers through this website.

8. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, withdraw your consent, and limit the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.
