This website is operated by Lim Wei Liang, a registered Real Estate Negotiator (REN 69435) with IQI Realty Sdn Bhd (1113417-U), a Licensed Real Estate Agency [E (1) 1584] regulated by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia. It is an independent marketing portal and is not the official website of the developer, Matrix Concepts (Cheras) Sdn Bhd (1230052-H).
2. Purpose of the website
The website provides information about Levia Residence and a way to enquire about the project. It does not process bookings, reservations or payments. Any booking is made directly with the developer under its own terms and documentation.

Information is provided on an "as is" basis and is subject to change without notice. Please read the Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
4. Your enquiry
When you submit an enquiry, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are the owner of the phone number and email address given, or are authorised to provide them. Enquiries are handled in line with the Personal Data Protection Notice.
Submitting an enquiry creates no obligation on either side. It does not reserve a unit, fix a price, or create any contract.

Text and page design on this website are the property of the website operator. Project imagery, plans and marks belong to the developer and its consultants and are used here for the purpose of marketing the development. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without permission from the relevant owner.
7. Third-party sites and tools
This website uses Google Tag Manager and related Google measurement tools. Enquiry buttons open WhatsApp, a service operated by WhatsApp LLC. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
